More flexibility with uploading employee documents
Upload documents on behalf of employees
HR managers can now upload documents on behalf of employees, which can save time that would otherwise be spent on communication, chasing, collecting, verifying, and storing documents manually.
This feature is super useful for HR managers when:
- They already have some employee documents on hand.
- They prefer to avoid waiting for employees to upload documents that have already been provided to HR.
- They want to add supplementary documents to an employee's record that were not requested during the onboarding process.
To use this feature, just navigate to the Documents page, then All Docs, and where a document is listed as 'Outstanding,' scroll to the right, click on the 3 dots, then select 'Upload.'
